Reservations:
After establishing availability be either email or phone, you will need to fill out the reservation form(click here for form) and mail it along with your deposit. Please be aware that your reservation is not confirmed until both the deposit and reservation form is received. Please understand that we are a family rental unit, one adult must accompany every 2 children unless prior approval is granted.
A non-refundable deposit of half the total rent is due to hold your reservations. The remaining rent plus a $300 refundable damage deposit is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please mail your check or money order to:

Arrival and Departure:
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reserved date and should be arranged with the owner so we can meet and supply you with the keys.
Check-out time is 10:00 the morning of your departure. This gives adequate time for the cleaner to prepare for the next renter.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel for any reason, please call me immediately. Upon cancellation, I will do my best to obtain a replacement renter, if such replacement is found, I will then refund all monies paid in advance. In the unfortunate event that a replacement is not found, the owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already paid.
Damage deposit:
A damage deposit of $300 must be paid 2 weeks prior to the rental date and will be refunded after any damages or breakages are paid. A complete inspection will be made by the owner after each rental. The damage deposit will normally be returned within 1 week of departure.
Renters Obligations:
To pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property during the period of their rental
To leave the property generally clean and tidy. If left excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $50 will be taken out of the deposit.
To allow access to the property in the case that emergency repair is needed.
